We ( VIETNAM TRAVEL PRICE, our website: vietnamtravelprice.com) provide travel services and support clients the best way to book their tours to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.
When you agree to book our travel services, making reservations on phone, by online booking form or email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our tour booking conditions.
Everyone can take the information for their reference from the website for free. However, only people over 18 years old can book the services. These services to be provided are shown on the invoice of booking confirmation.
These terms and conditions are subject to change and the purchaser of the service is required to review these terms in case there are any changes.
Continuing to use our travel service after the change is made means that you accept the change. Below, all the words " you, customers, clients or passengers" mean the persons who book and use the travel services and the company or "we" or "us" refers to the Vietnam Travel Price.
1. Price
The price on the website is for reference only, the price of the package tour program will be detailed via email with customized or tailor-made parts according to customers' preferences.
2. Booking status
All the services listed in the confirmed itinerary will be reserved once we receive your confirmation. In cases, some services are not available, we immediately inform them and offer an alternative service with your agreement.
3. Deposit and balance payments
3.1 After receiving your booking confirmation, we will require a 30% deposit to secure the booking.
The balance of the trip will be settled on arrival. Cash is preferable to avoid any bank fees.
3.2 In some special bookings ( High-end services, urgent bookings, special services...), we will require a larger amount of deposit or full payment. Our travel consultants will inform you in each specific case.
3.3 Payment methods:
3.3.1: By cash
Vietnam Travel Price accepts: Euros, USD, VND, the exchange rate based on our bank VIETCOMBANK in Vietnam on the payment date (www.vietcombank.com.vn)
3.3.2: By bank transfer:
Clients can pay the booking by bank transfer, bank fees are not included. In this case, clients transfer to our account:

3.3.3: By secured online payment link
Customers can pay by cards via our ONEPAY secured online payment SSL. Vietnam Travel Price accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and JCB card.
After receiving your confirmation, we will send you the secured online payment SSL link, you just click on the link and follow the instruction to pay.
Payment by credit card via the secured online payment SSL link leads to the bank fees that are charged to the clients: 3.3% for Visa, MasterCard or JCB and 3.85% for Amex card. This fee is taken by the secured SSL service.
3.3.4: By POS machine
Payment via POS machine is only possible for the settlement of the balance on arrival.
Vietnam Travel Price accepts the following cards: Visa, Master card, Amex card, JCB, Diners club. Payment is made at our office or at your hotel.
Bank fee will be on clients. 2% of the amount for Visa card, Master Card, 4 % for Amex card and 3.3% for JCB and Diner Club cards
Note: Payment by credit card only accepts the VND. Other foreign currencies must be converted into VND according to the exchange rate of the payment date.
4. Cancellation policy
4.1 Cancellation by traveler
FIT / Private Tour – Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. To ensure smooth arrangements with our hotels, transportation providers, tour guides, restaurants, and other service partners, the following cancellation policy applies to FIT ( from 2 to 10 persons) and Private Tours:
Cancellation by the Customer
• More than 30 days before the tour departure: Free cancellation with a full refund, excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred.
• 15–29 days before the tour departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
• 7–14 days before the tour departure: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before the tour departure: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
• No-show or cancellation after the tour has started: No refund will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official booking channel. The cancellation date will be based on the date and time the written cancellation request is received by Vietnam Travel Price.
Please note that certain services, such as flights, domestic transportation, cruises, hotels, entrance tickets, special events, and other third-party services, may have separate cancellation conditions. Any non-refundable costs or supplier-imposed cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
For peak seasons, public holidays, festivals, special events, cruises, and high-demand travel periods, different cancellation conditions may apply. These conditions will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

Group Tour – Cancellation Policy
For group tours from 10 persons up, cancellation policies are applied based on the number of participants and the timing of the cancellation, as arrangements are made in advance with hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, tour guides, attractions, and other service suppliers.
Cancellation by the Customer
• More than 60 days before the tour departure: Free cancellation with a full refund, excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred.
• 30–59 days before the tour departure: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
• 15–29 days before the tour departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
• 7–14 days before the tour departure: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before the tour departure: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
• No-show or cancellation after the tour has started: No refund will be provided.
Reduction in Group Size
If the number of participants is reduced after the booking has been confirmed, the tour price may be recalculated based on the revised group size. Additional costs resulting from the reduction in group size may apply, including changes to transportation, accommodation, tour guide services, meals, and other pre-booked services.
Cancellation of the Entire Group
If the entire group cancels the tour, the applicable cancellation fees will be calculated based on the cancellation date and the non-refundable costs already committed to suppliers.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official booking channel. The cancellation date will be based on the date and time the written cancellation request is received by Vietnam Travel Price.
For peak seasons, public holidays, festivals, major events, cruises, and other special travel periods, stricter cancellation conditions may apply. Specific terms will be provided in the quotation or booking confirmation.
We strongly recommend that all group members purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Cancellation by Vietnam Travel Price
In exceptional circumstances, Vietnam Travel Price reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or significantly change a tour itinerary when necessary for reasons including safety concerns, force majeure events, supplier-related issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Vietnam Travel Price cancels a tour before the scheduled departure due to reasons within our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer one of the following options:
1. An alternative tour or revised itinerary of comparable value;
2. A rescheduled departure date, subject to availability; or
3. A refund in accordance with the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
If the tour is cancelled or significantly affected due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any refund will be based on the amount recoverable from our suppliers and the non-refundable costs already incurred.
Vietnam Travel Price will not be responsible for any additional expenses or losses incurred by the customer as a result of a tour cancellation, including but not limited to airfare, visa fees, travel insurance premiums, accommodation booked independently, transportation costs, or other personal expenses.
Changes During the Tour
If unforeseen circumstances occur after the tour has commenced, Vietnam Travel Price reserves the right to modify the itinerary, transportation, accommodation, activities, or services when reasonably necessary to protect the safety and well-being of travelers.
Where possible, we will provide an alternative arrangement of comparable standard and value. If an alternative service is of lower value, Vietnam Travel Price may consider an appropriate refund for the difference, where applicable.
No refund will be provided for services that are voluntarily unused by the customer or for changes made at the customer's own request after the tour has commenced.
Customer Acknowledgement
By confirming a booking with Vietnam Travel Price, the customer acknowledges and agrees that travel may involve unforeseen circumstances and that the company may need to make reasonable changes to the itinerary or services in order to ensure the safety, security, and overall well-being of travelers.
We will always endeavor to communicate any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible and work with our customers to find the best available solution.
5. Claims and unused services
- We will not refund or exchange for the respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by clients.
- For claims to be considered, they must be received in writing by Vietnam Travel Price within 30 days after the trip and be accompanied by supporting documentation.
- Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Vietnam Travel Price will not accept any liability for claims that are not received within 30 days after the trip ends.
6. Obligations of Clients
- Clients are obliged to check their travel documentations before the trip to ensure that all things are correct and should notify Vietnam Travel Price immediately if there are any errors or omissions.
- If clients do not arrive on the agreed date for the tour, Vietnam Travel Price is entitled to treat the tour as having been canceled by the clients.
- Clients agree to abide by instructions given by Vietnam Travel Price's team and agree to indemnify our company against any loss or an injury suffered as a result of failing to comply with our instructions
- Clients agree not to damage accommodation and should such damage arise, agree to pay the owner for the price of repair or replacement of the same.
7. Children Policy
- Less than 2 years old are free of charge for our tour & pay 10% of airline charges.
- From 2 to 5 years old: 50% charged for tour & 90% of airline charges.
- From 5 to 11 years old: 75% charged for tour & 90% airline full charges.
- From 12 years old: Charged as an adult.
8. Force Majeure
Vietnam Travel Price shall not be held responsible for any failure, delay, interruption, modification, or cancellation of the tour caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
• Natural disasters, including typhoons, floods, earthquakes, landslides, or severe weather conditions
• Epidemics, pandemics, or serious public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, political instability, or security threats
• Government regulations, restrictions, border closures, or official travel advisories
• Strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or significant delays
• Unexpected closure of tourist attractions or other circumstances beyond our control
In the event of force majeure, Vietnam Travel Price will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on the customer's travel experience and, where possible, provide suitable alternative arrangements.
Any additional costs resulting from changes caused by force majeure, including transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance fees, or other services, may be charged to the customer where applicable.
Refunds, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the services already provided, non-refundable costs, and cancellation conditions imposed by our suppliers.
Vietnam Travel Price strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
